On-site Training and Workforce Development in Real Estate Business Department
Kyungnam College of Information & Technology held an industry-academic cooperation agreement ceremony with the Busan Chapter of the Korea Association of Certified Real Estate Agents at the university's Minseok Memorial Hall to foster talent in the real estate service sector.

The signing ceremony was attended by Kyungnam College of Information & Technology President Kim Taesang, Department of Real Estate Business Chair Cho Hohaeng, Busan Chapter President of the Korea Association of Certified Real Estate Agents Yoo Byungkyu, Vice Presidents Lee Dakyung and Jeon Byungyong, and other key officials from both organizations.
The agreement includes cooperation for fostering talent among students in the Department of Real Estate Business at Kyungnam College of Information & Technology and collaboration for the expansion and development of the real estate industry.
Specifically, both organizations agreed to: ▲ actively cooperate in human and material exchanges through industry-academic collaboration ▲ utilize research facilities and resources owned by both organizations for exchanges ▲ foster talent through field training and site visits ▲ operate industry-academic seminars and councils.
Department Chair Cho Hohaeng stated, "Through mutual exchange, we will strive to conduct customized educational programs and nurture outstanding talent to provide high-quality real estate services to the local community."
The Department of Real Estate Business has established a convergence curriculum that combines digital technology and real estate, including drone classes, video shooting and editing, and digital marketing, as well as specialized real estate education. This program aims to nurture real estate professionals equipped with both digital technology and practical investment capabilities, attracting significant interest from adult learners. The enrollment quota for the 2025 academic year is 30 students, and classes will be held at the Centum Campus.
