GH Supplies Two Parking Lot Sites in Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply parking lot sites within Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley.

GH announced on the 6th that, in collaboration with Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), it will supply two parking lot sites in Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley to general end-users through a competitive bidding process.

The sites being supplied this time are the remaining parking lot sites in Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley, left after the supply in June (P1). The supply areas are 1,725㎡ for P2 and 1,764.4㎡ for P3. The expected supply price is based on the appraised value (6.5 billion KRW) and will be determined by competitive bidding. The land usage availability dates are February 1, 2025, for P2, and April 1, 2026, for P3.

On the same day, GH announced the supply through the GH land sales system (buy.gh.or.kr), and on the 27th of this month, the highest bidder will proceed with the land sale contract procedures, including the occupancy contract (first week of October), through competitive bidding on the land sales system.
