Samil PwC announced on the 6th that it has been selected as one of the Top Job Creation Companies in South Korea for 2024 for the second consecutive year. This is the first time an accounting firm has been selected two years in a row.

The Top Job Creation Companies in South Korea is a program organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, selecting companies each year that have contributed to creating quality jobs and improving working conditions. Since 2018, 100 companies have been selected annually.

Samil PwC was recognized for its comprehensive efforts across various indicators, including job consideration for youth and vulnerable employment groups, restructuring the wage system based on job performance, fair recruitment centered on ability, expansion of flexible work systems, practicing work-life balance, and encouraging job competency. In particular, the youth employment rate was 73.2%, significantly exceeding the average of general companies (28.1%), and the total number of employees increased by 8% compared to the previous year, making a substantial contribution to job creation.

Samil PwC has also focused on improving the work environment. Through the expansion of flexible work systems and digitalization of work processes, it has concentrated on enhancing employees’ work efficiency and satisfaction.
