The Fisheries Building at Suwon Agricultural and Marine Products Wholesale Market in Gyeonggi-do is holding a refund event for Onnuri gift certificates in celebration of Chuseok.
The Suwon Agricultural and Marine Products Wholesale Market announced on the 6th that from the 9th to the 15th, customers who purchase domestic seafood at the Fisheries Building can receive a refund of up to 20,000 KRW in Onnuri gift certificates.
However, items purchased with the Fisheries Mobile Gift Certificate, imported seafood, government stockpiled seafood items, and purchases made with corporate cards are excluded from the refund.
Out of 56 stores in the Fisheries Building, 44 stores are participating in the refund event. Participating stores can be checked on the notice board of the Suwon Agricultural Technology Center website. The items handled include frozen seafood, fresh fish, shellfish, live fish, and dried seafood.
Only receipts issued on the same day during the event period are eligible for the refund. Customers must bring the payment receipt to the event booth between 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM for identity verification to receive the refund.
A Suwon city official said, "This event was prepared to promote the consumption of domestic seafood and to allow consumers to purchase high-quality seafood at affordable prices," adding, "We hope many people will use the Fisheries Building at the Agricultural and Marine Products Wholesale Market."
