This event was hosted by the Korea Senior Club Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and Starbucks Korea, with 16 finalists who passed the regional preliminaries competing.

Yoon, who works at the Nono Cafe Hyangnam Sports Complex branch, received the grand prize for her latte art that intricately depicted a swan. Yoon said, "I have started a second life as a barista at Nono Cafe," adding, "I am honored to receive a major award at this turning point in my life."

The city added that Kim Hyun-sook, also affiliated with Nono Cafe and a finalist alongside Yoon, received the 'Art Award' at this competition.

'Nono Cafe' was introduced by the city in 2009 as part of a market-type senior job project. After first opening inside the Nambu Senior Welfare Center, it currently operates 45 stores, including the lobby on the first floor of Hwaseong City Hall, and two food trucks. A total of 392 senior baristas work at these locations.
