The subscription for ‘Seoul Eunpyeong New Town Dietre The First’ is open until 5:30 PM today on the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription website. The complex has closed tenant recruitment for all types except the 84㎡C exclusive area type. This subscription is also open to homeowners, and the winners will be announced on the 10th (Tuesday).

As the instability of apartment jeonse prices in Seoul increases, demand for residential products like complexes that allow long-term stable residence is expected to grow further. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s real transaction disclosure system, the ‘Eunpyeong Skyview Xi’ 84㎡ exclusive area was leased for 700 million KRW in February but rose to 800 million KRW in June, increasing by about 100 million KRW over four months.

‘Seoul Eunpyeong New Town Dietre The First’ is a publicly supported private rental housing complex allowing residence for up to 10 years, with rent increases limited within legal bounds. Additionally, residents are exempt from acquisition tax and property tax during their stay, and non-homeowners can accumulate subscription points as non-homeowners. Daebang Construction is temporarily granting priority rights for conversion to sale, expanding future housing options. With guarantees from the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), concerns about non-refund of rental deposits are minimized.

The Eunpyeong New Town area where the complex is located has a high proportion of complexes over 10 years old, increasing the rarity value of new constructions. Especially, solid living infrastructure nearby allows residents to enjoy an excellent residential environment immediately upon moving into the new complex. Within approximately 1.5 km radius are Gupabal Station (Seoul Subway Line 3), Lotte Mart, Lotte Cinema, Eunpyeong St. Mary’s Hospital, Shindo Elementary School, Shindo Middle School, Hana High School, Eunpyeong District Sports Center, Eunpyeong History Hanok Museum, and Gijachon Neighborhood Park. Nearby Yeonsinnae Station (Seoul Subway Lines 3 and 6) will also be served by the Metropolitan Express Railway (GTX)-A line (partially opened), further enhancing the infrastructure in the future.

The promotional center is located at Daebang DM City commercial facilities in front of Yangcheon Hyanggyo Station (Seoul Subway Line 9). Meanwhile, bidding for commercial spaces within the ‘Seoul Eunpyeong New Town Dietre The First’ complex is scheduled for October.
