About 70 participants, including Song Hajung, Chairman of Sahakyeongeum, Yoon Byungtae, Mayor of Naju, Kim Janghyun, President of KEPCO KDN, and Jeong Donghee, Chairman of Korea Power Exchange, took part in the campaign. They distributed promotional materials on corruption and public interest reporting to employees of each organization and local residents, focusing on the importance of reporting and systems for protecting and supporting whistleblowers.
Song Hajung, Chairman of Sahakyeongeum, stated, "This was a meaningful occasion where representatives from various levels of institutions directly participated to emphasize the increasingly important practice of integrity. Having conveyed a firm commitment to transparent management to employees of innovation city institutions and local residents, we will continue to do our best to prevent corruption through honest work and become a trusted Sahakyeongeum."
Meanwhile, Sahakyeongeum is holding the 10th Bitgaram Integrity Culture Festival from the 2nd to the 13th in cooperation with 27 member organizations of the Bitgaram Integrity Practice Network, an integrity cluster in the Gwangju and Jeonnam region, conducting various events for local residents.
