The special inspections will be carried out until the 13th. The inspection targets include a total of 13 facilities such as sewage treatment plants, manure and environmental resource recycling facilities, and other treatment facilities. The city will check the overall operational status of these facilities, including ▲whether they are functioning normally ▲the condition of discharge facilities and discharged water ▲and whether the upper-level resident convenience facility equipment is damaged.
During this inspection, management of the upper-level resident convenience facilities at the resource recovery facility, Respia, will also be conducted. The city will carry out cleaning and maintenance of the facilities and has established an emergency duty system to respond promptly in case of any emergency.
A city official stated, "We will conduct thorough inspections to ensure that citizens can use the convenience facilities provided at Respia comfortably during the Chuseok period and that public sewage treatment facilities operate stably."
