Puzzle AI’s ‘Voice AI-based Generative Medical Record Integrated Solution’ features AI that neatly organizes complex language instructions mixed with doctors’ specialized terminology into medical records, significantly reducing the excessive workload on-site.
Medical record systems, essential in medical institutions, consume a lot of time for many healthcare professionals. However, due to strengthening legal regulations, the types and volume of work have been increasing. Accordingly, many medical professionals have long felt the need for voice recognition solutions as a remedy for medical record issues. The awarded product assists medical record tasks in various environments such as outpatient clinics, radiology reading rooms, operating rooms, and wards, and supports safe medical practice on-site, enabling medical staff to perform their duties safely anytime and anywhere.
Puzzle AI developed a medical voice recognition AI engine by training over 90,000 high-quality voice big data and specialized medical voice data by department, while conducting joint research with partner hospitals over several years. It possesses outstanding voice recognition performance in the Korean language-based domestic market, and based on this, it provides user-customized convenience features such as voice commands, editing, chart image generation, and completed chart creation, allowing convenient voice-based medical record creation in medical settings.

Puzzle AI was founded by orthopedic specialist Professor Kim Yong-sik, who served as the director of Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital in 2018. The company provides AI voice recognition-based medical record solutions that can be used across all medical departments regardless of the clinical environment. Since its establishment, the company has attracted about 20 billion KRW in institutional investments. It is currently preparing for a listing on the KOSDAQ market by the end of 2025, having selected a lead securities firm.
