Smart Messenger with AI 'NateOn AI Chat Tool' Launches

Based on GPT-4o Mini and DALL·E 3 Models

SK Communications (hereinafter SK Comms) announced on the 5th that it has launched a new feature package called 'AI Chat Tool' that integrates artificial intelligence (AI) technology into its messenger service NateOn.

The main features of the AI Chat Tool include search, writing, translation, grammar correction, and image generation. The search function operates the same as the 1:1 question feature currently provided by NateOn's AI Chat, allowing additional questions and answers based on previous Q&A. The writing feature supports drafting emails, tables of contents, announcements, promotional texts, and more according to the required work situation. A newly added grammar correction function smooths sentences to fit the context, and a translation function quickly translates the original text into various languages. Additionally, the drawing feature enables easy creation of image files needed for hobbies or work. These features are based on a model different from OpenAI's GPT-4o Mini and Dalri3.

Go Bo-kyung, head of the NateOn service team, said, "As AI is rapidly becoming widespread, we aim to increase accessibility to AI technology through NateOn," adding, "We will continue to develop and enhance new features integrated with AI technology to establish NateOn as the smartest and most user-friendly messenger with distinctive competitiveness."
