Sacheon Sea Cable Car to Operate Normally During Chuseok Holiday

Events Held Including Gifts of Agricultural and Specialty Products and Gift Certificates

Sacheon City Facilities Management Corporation in Gyeongnam announced that the Sacheon Sea Cable Car will operate as usual from the 13th to the 18th during the Chuseok holiday period for the convenience of visitors returning to their hometowns in Sacheon.

The operating hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. On the day of Chuseok (the 17th), the cable car will be open until 7:00 p.m., and on the last day of the holiday (the 18th), it will close at 6:00 p.m.

Ticket sales close one hour before the end of operations. However, depending on weather conditions and other factors, operations may end early, so visitors are advised to check the website in advance.

Chairman Han Jaecheon stated, "Since the Chuseok holiday lasts for five days, we expect an increase in customers visiting the Sacheon Sea Cable Car," adding, "We will ensure perfect convenience and safety so that all cable car visitors can enjoy their time."

Meanwhile, to celebrate the Chuseok holiday, the cable car will hold an SNS event from the 13th to the 18th, offering a '30,000 won gift certificate' to 60 participants, as well as a 'Sacheon city agricultural and specialty souvenir' (1,000 items) giveaway event exclusively on Chuseok day, the 17th.
