Pukyong National University (President Jang Youngsoo) and Pham Van Dong University in Vietnam (President Tran Dinh Tham) signed an international academic exchange agreement at the president's office on the 3rd floor of the university headquarters on the 3rd, agreeing to cooperate in student and academic exchanges.

President Jang Youngsoo and President Tran Dinh Tham signed the agreement and decided to cooperate in various areas, including undergraduate and graduate student exchange programs, joint development of educational programs, organization of academic conferences, seminars, and symposiums, joint research, and exchange of academic information.
Pham Van Dong University, located in Da Nang, Vietnam, is a public university with about 5,000 students and is known for its strengths in fields such as information and communication and teacher education.
