Separate Recruitment for General and D-IT (Digital-IT) Positions, Regional Talent Selection by Job Category
No Restrictions on Education, Age, Major, or Gender... Blind Recruitment, New Professional Positions at Busan Bank
BNK Financial Group (Chairman Bin Daein) announced on the 4th that it will begin accepting applications for new hires at Busan Bank and Kyongnam Bank, launching its open recruitment for new employees in the second half of the year.
This recruitment will be conducted in a blind format with no restrictions on academic background, age, major, or gender. Eligible candidates such as veterans and registered persons with disabilities will be given preference according to the law. In addition, to expand the recruitment of local talent, a regional recruitment track will be implemented for each job category, targeting applicants whose highest level of education (for those who have completed graduate school, undergraduate education) was obtained from schools located in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam region.
The recruitment process for Busan Bank and Kyongnam Bank consists of document screening, written examination, comprehensive interview, internship (corporate culture fit assessment), and final interview. To select talent with the necessary competencies for each role, hiring will be divided into general and D-IT job categories.
In particular, Busan Bank has established a new professional job category to hire holders of specialized certifications such as attorneys and certified public accountants to respond to the increasingly sophisticated financial environment.
Following last year, both banks will continue the internship program this year. A recruitment official stated, "The internship program not only offers applicants an opportunity to gain job experience but also provides a chance to showcase strengths that may not be visible in other stages of the process," adding, "To minimize inconvenience caused by the prolonged recruitment period, this year’s program will only include 1 to 2 weeks of on-site OJT (On-the-Job Training) at headquarters."
BNK Financial Group also plans to begin recruitment at BNK Capital and BNK Savings Bank at the end of this month and early next month, respectively.
Detailed information about the recruitment can be found on the websites of BNK Financial Group, Busan Bank, and Kyongnam Bank.
