'Conan O'Brien Show' Launch
Exclusive Domestic Channel Introduced
Over 300 Episodes... 24-Hour Programming
Samsung Electronics announced that it will launch the American representative comedy show 'Conan O'Brien Show' on Samsung TV Plus on the 4th and present it as an exclusive channel in Korea.
With this launch, Samsung TV Plus plans to provide about 300 episodes, including 30-minute sketch comedies and interviews with famous guests, programmed 24 hours a day.
Samsung TV Plus is an ad-supported free streaming (FAST) service based on the Tizen operating system (OS). It currently offers about 3,000 channels and over 50,000 video-on-demand (VOD) titles in 27 countries worldwide.
Conan O'Brien is a famous American comedian who has won the prestigious Emmy Award twice, the highest honor in the U.S. broadcasting industry. The Conan O'Brien Show, featuring his signature comedy style, is popular worldwide. After first introducing the Conan O'Brien Show channel on Samsung TV Plus in the U.S. in May last year, Samsung Electronics has expanded it globally to Canada, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, and currently broadcasts in a total of seven countries.
Samsung TV Plus users can enjoy candid interviews with stars such as Ryan Reynolds, Tom Hanks, Gal Gadot, Jack Black, and Justin Bieber through the Conan O'Brien Show channel.
