Through the event, Samsung SDS's AI business model became more concrete. At the 'Real Summit 2024,' Samsung SDS indicated that it plans to provide the Fabrics AI platform service on the global cloud service MS Azure, which is expected to be launched in global markets including the US and Korea as early as October. It anticipated that the customer base would expand compared to the current situation, where about 100 domestic companies are mainly using the service on MS Azure.

Samsung SDS confirmed that it proactively procured GPUs in line with the business opportunities predicted over the next six months, and forecasted that demand for GPUaaS (GPU as a Service) will rapidly increase as GPU-based services expand.

The event also unveiled a new feature of the Brity Copilot called 'Personal Agent.' This feature recommends key schedules, work briefings, and prioritized tasks based on individual work data. It is a service that can perform personal assistant roles such as multilingual real-time interpretation for video meetings and voice-based task processing. As this service gains attention, it is expected to contribute to the promotion of Samsung SDS's AI solutions.

Samsung SDS also expects profitability improvements through the application of AI models within the company. Among Samsung SDS's 4,098 work processes, 549 processes are currently automated by integrating generative AI as of 2024, and it is projected that 969 processes will be automated by 2025 according to the current schedule. It analyzed that productivity improvements are expected to lead to profitability enhancements in the long term through increased sales or reduced costs.
