Connectwave, an e-commerce specialist company, announced on the 4th that its automotive information service 'Danawa Automobile' will provide a vehicle search function by battery manufacturer, reflecting the increased interest in battery manufacturer information following recent electric vehicle fire incidents.
This service is based on the battery manufacturer status information of 16 automobile manufacturers. Users can check the battery manufacturer information installed in each vehicle from the Danawa Automobile new car information list, and search for electric vehicle models using batteries from specific manufacturers through filters.
A representative from Danawa Automobile stated, "After the apartment electric vehicle fire incident, consumers' anxiety about electric vehicle batteries has increased, and the demand for information has grown," adding, "Through the opening of this service, we aim to help consumers clearly verify battery information and make purchases."
Meanwhile, Danawa Automobile offers various search filters besides battery manufacturers. Users can search for desired vehicles based on fuel efficiency, electric vehicle driving range, driving support functions, and convenience features.
