HDC Hyundai Development Company Provides Welfare Vehicle Support

HDC Hyundai Development Company delivered a welfare vehicle to the Gwangju Seo-gu Senior Welfare Center on the 3rd.

HDC Hyundai Development Company provided a welfare vehicle to support the convenient transportation of elderly users at the Seogu Senior Welfare Center in Gwangju Metropolitan City.

At the handover ceremony held on the 3rd at the Gwangju Seogu Senior Welfare Center, Seo Sang-woo, Director of the Seogu Senior Welfare Center, Jeong Han-hyo, Site Manager of HDC Hyundai Development A1, and Shin Wang-seop, Manager of HDC Hyundai Development, attended. The Hyundai Casper welfare vehicle delivered that day was produced at the Gwangju factory and will be used to assist the mobility of approximately 650 elderly people with limited mobility and to enable fast and convenient transportation throughout the Seogu district.

An official from HDC Hyundai Development said, “Following the food supplies and elderly meal volunteer services supported earlier this year at the welfare center, we are carrying out continuous social contribution activities with this new support,” adding, “Furthermore, we will maintain ongoing interest to practice meaningful sharing wherever help is needed in the local community.”

Seo Sang-woo, Director of the Seogu Senior Welfare Center, expressed gratitude, saying, “The welfare vehicle you provided will become the feet for elderly people with limited mobility, making their transportation much easier.”

HDC Hyundai Development’s support for the Seogu Senior Welfare Center was also made earlier this year. They provided food supplies for a warm winter and conducted meal service volunteer work for elderly visitors to the welfare center for lunch.
