Shinhan Life Expands 'Healthcare Service' for Insurance Customers

10 Essential Care Services Including Health and Psychological Counseling

Shinhan Life announced on the 3rd that it has expanded its 'Healthcare Service' for insurance policyholders.

The healthcare service is an additional service provided to insurance policyholders. Shinhan Life plans to enhance customer support by expanding the existing 20 service items to over 30 and extending the service period up to 20 years, offering differentiated services tailored to customer needs.

Customers who have subscribed to Shinhan Life's protection insurance (12 types of health insurance and 13 types of whole life insurance) can receive 10 essential care services, including basic health information for health management and disease prevention, as well as health and psychological counseling.

In the event of a specific disease diagnosis, health care services such as △caregiver support △housekeeping assistance △vehicle escort △delivery of health foods for disease recovery △home rehabilitation exercises are provided. Additionally, customers with whole life insurance receive not only health care services but also various benefits such as blood glucose meters and funeral support services.

Meanwhile, the ‘Shinhan Health Protection Insurance ONE The Woman,’ launched in June, offers women-specific care services to improve women's quality of life, including services related to women's health, infertility, pregnancy, and childbirth, in addition to general care services.
