Blind Recruitment Method, Final Results Announced in November
3-Month Probationary Period Followed by Regular Employment Conversion
The Korea Teachers' Credit Union announced that it will publicly recruit 25 new employees for 2024. The recruitment is for grade 6 administrative positions, with 21 openings in the general division and 4 in the IT division. Only candidates holding relevant certifications can apply for the IT division.
Applications can be submitted online through the Korea Teachers' Credit Union recruitment website (ktcu.recruitlab.co.kr) until 4 PM on September 20. The final successful candidates will be announced in November, and after being appointed as probationary employees for three months, those with excellent training results and work evaluations will be converted to regular employees.
The recruitment process consists of document screening, written tests (basic vocational competency assessment and job performance evaluation), first interview, and second interview, all conducted in a blind manner excluding information such as educational background, gender, age, and place of origin.
