Nearby, Gyeongchung-daero and Yeosu-daero provide easy access to the Bundang-Suseo Urban Expressway and the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway, facilitating travel throughout Seoul and the entire metropolitan area.


‘Harrington Square Sinheung Station’ will be built in the most central location among complexes near Sinheung Station on Subway Line 8. The complex will be constructed up to 35 floors, making it the tallest building around Sinheung Station and expected to become a landmark offering expansive views. Furthermore, the area around the complex is expected to actively shed its original downtown image and take on the appearance of a new downtown.


The model house for the complex will be located in Jungang-dong, Jungwon-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.
