Gender Equality Week is observed annually from September 1 to 7 and was established to realize the ideal of practical gender equality through harmonious development between men and women.

Accordingly, Gwangjin-gu holds a commemorative event every year to raise awareness of the importance of gender equality and to spread a culture of equality.

First, in Part 1, 16 individuals who have contributed to the promotion of gender equality will be awarded commendations. In Part 2, the talk show will provide an opportunity to share everyday experiences with the audience and deepen understanding of gender equality.
