Recruiting 25 This Year Following 10 in the First Half to Secure Top Talent
IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 2nd that, following the public recruitment announcement for 170 new employees in the second half of this year, it will conduct a rolling recruitment of 15 regular employees to secure highly skilled talent.
The recruitment fields include a total of six areas: four digital and information technology (IT) fields?‘Artificial Intelligence (AI) Modeling and Technical Research,’ ‘Cybersecurity Research and Analysis,’ ‘IT Architecture Design,’ and ‘UI/UX Design’?and two financial specialties?‘Fund Management’ and ‘Certified Public Accountant (KICPA).’ Qualification requirements include holding a relevant degree in the recruitment field, possessing related work experience, and holding relevant certifications.
IBK plans to accept applications through the IBK recruitment website until the 19th, and after document screening, practical tests, and interviews, will announce the final successful candidates in November.
The final successful candidates will be assigned to related departments at headquarters after completing new employee training and will perform their duties accordingly. IBK also plans to actively consider hiring at the manager level by recognizing master's and doctoral degrees and related work experience in accordance with relevant regulations.
Meanwhile, IBK is also conducting youth intern recruitment, allowing participants to directly experience the bank’s fieldwork and collaborate on projects with innovative companies in ‘IBK Changgong.’ The youth intern recruitment announcement is expected to be posted around the end of October. An IBK official stated, “We will continue to lead youth employment creation by providing quality jobs for young people through various recruitment processes.”
