On the 2nd, the Changwon Facilities Management Corporation in Gyeongnam held a 'Joint Labor-Management Declaration for Labor-Management Friendly Management' to promote a relationship of mutual growth and cooperation.
Attending the declaration ceremony were Chairman Kim Jonghae, Labor Union Chairman Lee Seongwoo, as well as executives and union leaders, totaling around 10 participants.
Through the declaration, both labor and management at the corporation pledged to jointly implement family-friendly management for work-life balance, revitalize the local economy and realize social value, and foster internal consensus and efficient organizational management.
Chairman Kim stated, "I hope this joint declaration ceremony will serve as an opportunity to build even stronger trust between labor and management, paving the way for a new future for the corporation."
Union Chairman Lee said, "I hope that through trust and confidence between labor and management, we can achieve our common goals and become a driving force for the corporation's development."
