Marsang's Representative Specialty 'Songsan Grape Festival' Held on 7th-8th

Around Gungpyeong Port... Various Experience Events Including Grape Stomping Offered

Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province will hold the 'Hwaseong Songsan Grape Festival' over two days on the 7th and 8th around Gungpyeong Port in Seosin-myeon.

Under the theme of 'Million Hwaseong Representative Specialty Product, Grape Captain,' this festival marks its 10th edition as one of Hwaseong's representative local festivals. During the festival period, grape promotion events will also be held at Dongtan Lake Park and Hyangnam Rodeo Street.

The festival will feature an exhibition and promotional hall showcasing various grape varieties grown by young farmers of Hwaseong City. Along with this, there will be a 'Grape Picking Experience' program where participants pay the price equivalent to the grapes and harvest them themselves, as well as various events including the signature programs of the festival, 'Grape Stomping' and 'Grape Captain Hwaseong Songsan Grape!'

At the venue, booths selling grapes and local agricultural specialty products will be operated, offering them at affordable prices.
