Final Successful Candidates Announcement in November
Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance announced on the 2nd that it will conduct an open recruitment for new college graduate employees in the second half of the year.
The applicants are graduates of four-year universities and those expected to graduate in February 2025. The company plans to hire a double-digit number of employees, including full-time positions and internship-to-employment tracks.
The recruitment fields for this college graduate open recruitment include six areas: △ Product/Actuarial △ Corporate Insurance △ IT △ Long-term Compensation △ Asset Management △ Digital Transformation.
Applications will be accepted until the 13th, followed by document screening, interviews with practical staff, department head interviews, executive interviews, and medical examinations. The final successful candidates will be announced in November.

The final successful candidates will be hired as full-time employees immediately without a separate internship period and are expected to join in December. The Digital Transformation part will evaluate the possibility of conversion to employment after a two-month internship considering the nature of the work.

Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance will also participate in major university job fairs to provide various information related to the second half recruitment. Recruitment consultation booths will be operated at job fairs on September 2 at Korea University, September 4 at Seoul National University, September 5 at Yonsei University, September 9 at Chung-Ang University, and September 10 at Dongguk University.
