Duzon Bizon announced on the 2nd that on the 30th of last month, it signed a business partner memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hanjin Information & Communication at Duzon Eulji Tower in Jung-gu, Seoul, to successfully supply OmniEsol and expand external business. Duzon Bizon had previously signed OmniEsol partner MOUs with KG Group, Eugene Group, and others.
Hanjin Information & Communication is an IT specialized affiliate of Hanjin Group with extensive business experience in travel, aviation, airport, and logistics sectors, providing optimized latest IT-based systems and facility construction for these fields. Additionally, it supports differentiated logistics information services based on a deep understanding of logistics processes.
Based on this business partnership, both companies plan to actively seek cooperation opportunities across all industries. They focus on building an AX (AI Transformation) ecosystem through OmniEsol and optimizing management and work systems for each company. In particular, they intend to expand OmniEsol’s external business targeting travel, aviation, airport, and logistics companies, thereby strengthening their market position.

By combining various business platforms needed by companies with AI solutions that maximize work efficiency, the system’s stability and scalability have been significantly enhanced.
