Hoban Construction opened the model house for ‘We Park Jeju’ on the 30th and has been actively launching sales, attracting a steady stream of visitors.
Despite being a weekday, a crowd gathered from early morning to enter the We Park Jeju model house located in Orai-dong, Jeju City, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. Inside, visitors were fully engaged in touring the units and receiving sales consultations.
Most visitors to the model house showed the greatest interest in the excellent location within Jeju and the abundance of features that allow for a one-stop lifestyle.
A sales representative for We Park Jeju stated, “Even on a weekday, many customers visited, which allowed us to feel the strong interest in We Park Jeju.” He added, “As this complex offers apartments in a park area embracing Odeungbong Park and various living infrastructures, we expect good subscription results.”
We Park Jeju is the largest large-scale complex in Jeju Province, consisting of 28 buildings from three basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,401 households. It is designed with ▲686 households in Complex 1 and ▲715 households in Complex 2. The exclusive area ranges from 84 to 197㎡, mainly composed of medium to large-sized units.
The sales schedule includes the first priority subscription on Monday, September 9, and the second priority subscription on Tuesday, September 10. The announcement of winners will be on Friday, September 20 for Complex 1, and Thursday, September 19 for Complex 2. Contracts will be conducted over four days from Tuesday, October 1 to Friday, October 4. Since the announcement dates differ by complex, overlapping subscriptions are possible.
The eligibility criteria for first priority subscription require applicants to be at least 19 years old as of the recruitment announcement date, reside in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, have a bankbook subscription period of at least six months, and meet the deposit amount according to the unit size. Regardless of household head status or home ownership, homeowners can also apply for first priority subscription. Additionally, there are no restrictions on re-winning, and immediate resale is allowed. For units with an exclusive area of 85㎡ or less, 60% are allocated by lottery, and for units exceeding 85㎡, 100% are allocated by lottery, allowing applicants with low subscription scores to have a chance of winning.
We Park Jeju boasts an optimal location that allows residents to enjoy the double living zones of West Jeju and East Jeju. Nearby public institutions include Jeju Provincial Office and Jeju Government Complex, and shopping facilities such as E-Mart and Lotte Mart are also close by, enabling convenient access to various living infrastructures. Furthermore, between Complex 1 and Complex 2, there are the Hallado Library, Art Center, and a planned complex cultural facility, providing opportunities for cultural activities.
The complex applies a south-facing layout and a 4-bay plate-type floor plan with cross ventilation (varies by type), offering excellent lighting and airflow. Additionally, all units feature glass railings and open balconies (in some types), providing a sense of openness and a pleasant living environment. Views of Odeungbong Park, Hallasan Mountain, and the ocean are also available (varies by type).
Community facilities supporting residents’ diverse hobbies and leisure activities will also be established. These include a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, small library, children’s library, a daycare center, and a caf? lounge.
