Mapo-gu (District Mayor Park Gang-su) conducted a prevention education session on prohibiting workplace bullying for middle managers, including team leaders, at the Mapo-gu Office audiovisual room on the afternoon of the 30th.
The training was held to enhance middle managers' understanding of their roles and the civil servants' code of conduct, and to strengthen integrity awareness, aiming to establish a public service culture of mutual respect without workplace bullying.
Before the training, Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo-gu, said, "Through today's education, I hope you acquire ways to communicate across generations and become managers who wisely advance toward goals together with employees," adding, "I ask for the active efforts of middle managers so that a culture of mutual respect and being respected can take root within the organization."
