The 'Tech Convergence Space Platform' is a concept that consolidates the expertise of each company to create and operate office and residential spaces, based on the Future Space Platform (FIT Platform) developed by Samwoo Architects & Engineers. Naver is responsible for service development and application based on various technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, autonomous driving, and Naver Works.

Naver Cloud will build a robot delivery solution linked with Naver services such as Naver Maps, Smart Place, and augmented reality (AR). Using Naver Works, it will provide a consistent user experience including access security, payment, parking, robot delivery orders, and smart control solutions. Naver Labs will be in charge of research and development of related technologies such as robots for future commercial spaces and the Tech Convergence Space Platform.

Aegis Asset Management and the REITs will promote fund formation, investment, and platform application for their held assets respectively. Samwoo Architects & Engineers will provide space construction, product packaging, and operation solutions to integrate with the Tech Convergence Space Platform.

The first application target of the 'Tech Convergence Space Platform' jointly developed by the six companies is the Taepyeongno Building, an office space owned by Aegis Value REIT. In the future, the application area will be expanded to residential spaces, with priority integration planned for residential spaces owned by Aegis Residence REIT.

Kim Yuwon, CEO of Naver Cloud, said, "Team Naver is creating a new service platform that intelligentizes the space itself beyond PC and mobile, based on world-class AI, robotics, cloud, and digital twin technologies." He added, "We will collaborate to expand the latest technologies and the experience of the Tech Convergence Building to office and residential spaces so that more people can experience Naver’s technologies."
