At this exhibition, Samsung Electronics will introduce the premium service 'Samsung Food+,' which offers customized diet and health management programs.

Samsung Food+ newly introduces a service that allows users to register ingredients immediately by taking photos of them with their mobile devices. The 'Vision AI' technology quickly recognizes the types of ingredients and can simultaneously identify multiple ingredients in a single photo, reducing the hassle of taking individual pictures. Additionally, recipe recommendations are based on the ingredients users have, prioritizing menus that use ingredients nearing their expiration dates in the planner to reduce food waste. When ingredients run out, notifications prompt users to add them to the shopping list, encouraging repurchase, making ingredient management smarter.

Samsung Food+ provides more professional and systematic health management by offering features based on users' personal information such as body data, age, and exercise information, including ▲setting intake goals ▲weekly meal plans ▲customized recipes ▲nutrition intake progress management ▲analysis of the five major nutrient intake trends. Users can monitor progress in detail through a dashboard that includes weekly intake amounts of the five major nutrients, intake trends, and comprehensive evaluation results.

Samsung Food+ also added an 'AI Personalization' feature that customizes recipes according to users' ▲health goals ▲eating habits ▲preferences ▲cooking difficulty. It offers not only a week's worth of recipes and snack recommendations but also balanced suggestions based on individual nutrient intake.

Moreover, recipes can be sent to ovens or induction cooktops to automatically set cooking parameters suitable for the menu, and cooking is made more convenient by setting timers through 'Bixby' voice commands.

Existing Samsung Food users can also enjoy various food functions for free, such as recipe recommendations tailored to their preferences, recipe searches based on desired ingredients, and nutritional information and health indices for each recipe.

Lee Moo-hyung, Vice President of Samsung Electronics' Device Solutions (DA) Division, said, "On the first anniversary of Samsung Food, we have added various features that can make consumers' food experiences smarter based on Samsung's unique AI technology." He added, "We will continue to advance our products and services to enable easier and more enjoyable eating experiences through close connections between home appliances and software."
