Ministry of Justice Transfers 36 Prosecutors in Second Half of the Year... "Minimal Necessary Personnel Changes for Organizational Stability"

The Ministry of Justice announced on the 27th that it will carry out personnel transfers for 36 prosecutors effective from the 2nd of next month.

This personnel move is a routine transfer targeting general prosecutors who have fulfilled the mandatory assignment period. The Ministry of Justice explained that it enhanced fairness and predictability by adhering to personnel principles such as the principle of rotational exchange and regional distribution by local prosecution offices.

A Ministry of Justice official stated, "For prosecutors with individual difficulties such as illness, childbirth, and childcare, we reflected their preferred work locations as much as possible and conducted only the minimum necessary personnel changes to ensure organizational stability and continuity of work."
