Cafe24 has signed an agreement with Sandbox Network to expand the content commerce ecosystem using the 'YouTube Shopping Exclusive Store.'

The YouTube Shopping Exclusive Store is a feature that allows users to open a store and start YouTube Shopping with just a few clicks, and Cafe24 is the first in the world to introduce it. Through this feature, creators and brand sellers without their own Cafe24 online malls can also start YouTube Shopping. To this end, Cafe24, in joint development with YouTube, has created an environment where YouTube Shopping functions such as store opening, product registration, and channel linking can be smoothly utilized.
Sandbox Network, established in 2015, is a company engaged in various businesses including creator management, marketing, intellectual property (IP), and gaming. Over 200 teams of famous creators from various fields such as Shuka World, Doti, Gamst, Jimoobi, and Gangnam are active under Sandbox Network.
This partnership includes plans for Cafe24 and Sandbox Network to collaborate in connecting online brands and content creators, supporting them to combine commerce and content through Cafe24’s YouTube Shopping Exclusive Store feature.
Specifically, the two companies plan to cooperate in areas such as ▲building a connection system between Cafe24’s client brands and Sandbox Network’s creators ▲supporting creators’ entry into e-commerce business using the YouTube Shopping Exclusive Store ▲expanding e-commerce sales for brands and creators ▲and promotional and marketing cooperation to activate services and diversify customers for both companies.
Through this collaboration, Cafe24 expects to activate the content commerce ecosystem by enabling famous creators to build new business models that combine commerce and content using the YouTube Shopping Exclusive Store. Sandbox Network plans to provide an optimized commerce experience for creators and viewers by leveraging Cafe24’s technical infrastructure.
Additionally, Sandbox Network’s creators are expected to naturally introduce products to viewers through their YouTube channels and content, expanding their business into e-commerce, while online brands can increase sales by partnering with creators who effectively promote their products.
