In the women's golf weekly world rankings announced on the 26th (local time), she earned 6.36 points, jumping nine spots from 12th place last week. She accumulated points by winning the AIG Women's Open (total prize money $9.5 million), the final major tournament of the 2024 LPGA Tour season, held the previous day at the Old Course at St Andrews in Scotland, UK (par 72, 6,784 yards), with a 2-stroke victory (7-under 281). This marks her second win of the season and her 21st career victory, including three major titles, seven months after the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions in January. She received a winner's prize of $1,425,000 (approximately 1.9 billion KRW).

Nelly Korda remains in 1st place, and Lilia Vu (both from the USA) held onto 2nd place. Lin Xiyu (China) rose two spots to 4th. Yang Hee-young dropped one spot from 4th to 5th, and Ko Jin-young fell three spots to 6th. Kim Hyo-joo is in 16th place. Shin Ji-ae, who led through the first three rounds of the AIG Women's Open but finished as runner-up, climbed six spots to 24th. Park Ji-young, who secured her third win of the season last week at the Korean LPGA (KLPGA) Tour major Hanwha Classic, jumped 11 spots from 47th to 36th.
