First, to ensure that faculty members can focus on educational activities with peace of mind, they will promote ▲support for teacher consulting on preventing infringement of educational activities ▲revamping the Educational Activities Protection Center website ▲support for additional establishment of parent counseling rooms.

The ‘Educational Activities Protection Support Team’ conducts education on preventing infringement of educational activities for teachers and parents, and is composed of lawyers, supervisors, and counselors who provide customized on-site consulting when incidents occur. In particular, the plan is to operate from preventive education for protecting educational activities to follow-up measures centered on the field.

The ‘Educational Activities Protection Center’ website will be revamped to allow affected teachers to quickly apply for psychological counseling and legal consultation, and an icon linking directly to ‘Jeonnam Messenger,’ used by teachers, will be added to enhance accessibility.

A ‘Parent Counseling Room,’ where counseling takes place in a safe space for the entire educational community, will be additionally established. Furthermore, promotional materials for protecting educational activities, school complaint response guides, educational activities protection manuals, pamphlets, and more will be distributed to schools.

Director Kim Ho-beom stated, “We will strengthen communication with school sites to support the operation of an educational activities protection system that can be felt,” and added, “We plan to focus on building a school community based on mutual respect and trust.”
