Park Cheol-ho has been appointed as the new Political Special Advisor of Gwangju Metropolitan City.
On the 26th, Mayor Kang Gi-jung of Gwangju Metropolitan City presented the appointment letter to Park Cheol-ho, the newly appointed Political Special Advisor, at the city hall reception room.
The Political Special Advisor assists the mayor in responding to changes in internal and external administrative policies and works to strengthen communication and cooperation with the National Assembly, political parties, and civic organizations to ensure the smooth implementation of major city policies.
Park Cheol-ho, the new Political Special Advisor, has supported legislative activities as a parliamentary aide and has many years of experience in journalism. Recently, he served as the Public Relations Planning Advisor for Nam-gu.
Advisor Park stated, “I will closely cooperate with various institutions and organizations to ensure the implementation of the key policies of the 8th elected administration,” adding, “I will do my best to reflect the voices of citizens in city administration and create ‘Gwangju, the Opportunity City where Tomorrow Shines.’”
