The 'Infinite Care Center' is a project where the public and private sectors cooperate to provide customized welfare services to households in crisis facing complex issues such as emotional, psychological, economic, housing, and employment problems.

The city operates the 'Visiting Infinite Care Center' during summer and winter seasons to provide tailored support to welfare recipients whose needs vary by season. Starting from the 26th of last month, this summer's Infinite Care Center focused on identifying vulnerable households susceptible to heatwaves and listening to their difficulties. Promotional activities were conducted six times at about 150 locations within the region, including motels, one-room apartments, goshiwons, rental apartments, and subway stations, beginning in Idong-eup, Cheoin-gu.

Participating institutions in this activity included the city’s Infinite Care Center, Cheoin, Giheung, and Suji Infinite Care Network Teams, Yongin Dream Start, Yongin Cheoin Disabled Welfare Center, Yongin Giheung Senior Welfare Center, Yongin Suji Senior Welfare Center, Yongin Regional Self-Support Center, Yongin Suicide Prevention Center, and Yongin Housing Welfare Center.

The center set up counseling booths in housing-vulnerable areas or places with high foot traffic to promote ways to report households in crisis and provided consultations to general residents on mental health, employment, and welfare systems.

A city official stated, "We plan to provide customized services such as public benefits, private support, and integrated case management to the 21 households reported through this activity," adding, "We will continue to operate the Visiting Infinite Care Center to discover welfare blind spots in the future."
