"'Drunk Scooter' BTS Suga Appears at Police Station... 'Very Sorry'"

On the 23rd, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul summoned Min Yoongi (31), known as Suga, a member of the group BTS, on suspicion of drunk driving and is currently investigating him.

Suga arrived at the police station at around 7:45 PM with a stern expression. After getting out of the car, he bowed his head in greeting and said, "First of all, I am very sorry."

He bowed his head once again and said, "I sincerely reflect on causing great disappointment to many fans and many others," adding, "I will cooperate sincerely with the investigation. I am sorry once again."

Suga is suspected of riding an electric scooter under the influence of alcohol near his home in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at around 11:15 PM on the 6th.

When police found Suga lying down after falling off the electric scooter, his blood alcohol concentration was measured at 0.227%, indicating he was in a state of severe intoxication.

It is known that Suga, who is currently serving as a social service worker, told the police that he had consumed about one glass of beer.
