Specialized Exterior 'Hangang Sujain Obcent' Attracts Continuous Attention

The importance of differentiated exteriors in the apartment market is growing. Recently, as residents' demand for enhancing the luxury and dignity of their apartments has strengthened, this trend is spreading even further.

Complexes with distinctive exteriors break away from the monotony of traditional apartment cladding while also securing views and adding a sense of luxury. Based on this, they gain recognition and symbolism, establishing themselves as regional landmarks that lead local market prices.

An industry insider stated, "Apartments with specialized exterior designs are recognized not only by local residents but also by outsiders, who respond with 'Oh, I know that place' just by hearing the complex name. As a result, many of these apartments gain nationwide fame beyond their region, increasing their value."

In Seoul, for example, 'Raemian One Bailey' planned an exterior design harmonizing with the Han River, including a sky lounge and a massive 392-meter main gate, adding grandeur and luxury. As a result, it quickly became a representative apartment along the Han River and in Gangnam upon occupancy. This complex continues to elevate its status as a landmark leading apartment prices in the Gangnam area.

In provincial areas, complexes with specialized exteriors are also gaining nationwide fame. Busan's 'Haeundae I'Park' is a prime example. This complex features a beautiful curved design reminiscent of Haeundae's waves and camellia flowers, establishing itself as a national landmark.

Given this situation, the pre-sale market is seeing intensified demand for apartments with distinctive exteriors. For instance, 'Raemian One Pentas,' launched in July, attracted over 90,000 first-priority applicants, drawing attention for its differentiated exterior featuring a sky bridge and curtain wall look.

Meanwhile, in the pre-sale market, Hanyang has announced that 'Hangang Sujain Obcent,' supplied in Gimpo City under the Sujain brand, will introduce a differentiated exterior design, attracting significant interest.

Hangang Sujain Obcent is an apartment complex supplied through the redevelopment of Bukbyeon 4 District in the Bukbyeon-dong area of Gimpo City, which gained attention after the complete sell-out of Bukbyeon 3 District. It is a mammoth-scale complex with a total of 3,058 households, of which 2,116 units ranging from 50 to 103 square meters are for general sale. Located in an ultra-station area near Geolpobukbyeon Station on the Gimpo Gold Line, the complex features a forest environment with Bukbyeon Park, a large park of approximately 35,000 square meters (about 10,000 pyeong), within the complex.

Hangang Sujain Obcent plans to introduce a specialized exterior befitting its overwhelming scale of over 3,000 households, further enhancing its symbolism and landmark value.

First, on the side facing Geolpobukbyeon Station, which provides the first impression, a specialized sidewall design will be applied, adding luxury with a curtain wall look and a large main gate. Additionally, a sky lounge and rooftop landmark sculptures, typically found in luxury complexes, will be introduced to emphasize the grandeur of the complex.

A sales official said, "This complex was highly anticipated as a leading property not only because of its mammoth scale but also due to its location in the emerging residential areas of Bukbyeon and Geolpo, which offer both station and forest proximity. To meet these expectations, we focused on enhancing symbolism by introducing various specialized exterior designs, and the complex will also apply various other specialized designs."

In fact, Hanyang plans to apply the highest level of product design among all Sujain complexes to Hangang Sujain Obcent. For landscaping, Samsung C&T's Resort Division Green Space Solution Team will be responsible for design and construction, showcasing premium landscaping.

Moreover, the complex will feature a total of 46 community facilities, the largest number in Gimpo, including both general and specialized programs. Key facilities include an indoor gymnasium, climbing wall, golf practice range, small library, study room, private cinema, cooking studio, party room, and kids caf?, providing communities that various age groups from children to adults can enjoy.

Additionally, the unit plans include simplified circulation paths and increased storage space to maximize space utilization through floor plans. Notably, some unit types will feature movable walls that allow residents to expand the living room or combine rooms as needed, enabling customization to various lifestyles, which is attracting attention.

The model house for Hangang Sujain Obcent is scheduled to open in August within the project site in Bukbyeon-dong, Gimpo City, Gyeonggi Province.
