KOSCOM announced on the 23rd that it held a grant ceremony for the IT startup program to support career-interrupted women in Anyang City at the Anyang Women's Human Resources Development Center.

The IT startup program sponsored by KOSCOM this time is the ‘e-Commerce Women Entrepreneurs Training Course,’ through which KOSCOM helps career-interrupted women strengthen their capabilities for re-entering society and proceed to entrepreneurship.
The curriculum consists of various courses, starting from administrative procedures for launching a shopping mall, selecting items and sales methods, writing a shopping mall startup plan, techniques for activating Smart Store and branding strategies, to practical online marketing strategies.
Hwang Sang-gum, head of the KOSCOM department, said, "We hope that this training will serve as a stepping stone for career-interrupted women to continue practical entrepreneurship and social activities," and added, "KOSCOM will continue to pay more attention and effort so that career-interrupted women can engage in various activities in society."
Meanwhile, KOSCOM has been supporting IT employment programs for career-interrupted women for six years. It has supported various training courses such as ‘Coding-based IT Convergence Instructor Training Course,’ ‘Robot Coding Control Instructor Training Course,’ ‘Content Edu Creator Training Course,’ ‘Digital Curator Training Course,’ ‘Online Marketer Training Course,’ and ‘Media Literacy Instructor Training Course.’
