Operated Every Thursday from September to October... Recruiting 30 Participants per Session
Gangbuk-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Soon-hee) will operate the “Nillirimambo Dullegil Healthy Walking” program, which involves walking the Dullegil trail together, from next month 5th to October 31st.
The “Nillirimambo Dullegil Healthy Walking” program is designed to improve symptoms of chronic diseases and enhance physical and psychological stability through walking. It is targeted at Gangbuk-gu residents aged 20 and over and will be held every Thursday (except public holidays) from 10 a.m. for two hours.
This program, conducted with a professional walking instructor, includes education on proper walking methods, stretching, and fast walking techniques to prevent metabolic syndrome. It also includes meditation in the forest and barefoot walking experiences.
The detailed schedule and courses are as follows: ▲ September 5 - Solbat Park ▲ September 12 - Bukhansan Experiential Forest Shelter ▲ September 19 - Bukseoul Dream Forest ▲ September 26 - Opaesan Infant Forest Experience Center ▲ October 10 - Bukseoul Dream Forest ▲ October 17 - Solsaem Park Deck Trail ▲ October 24 - Bukseoul Dream Forest Dullegil ▲ October 31 - Opaesan Dullegil. Participants will be contacted in advance in case of rain, and those who complete the program will receive a small souvenir.
The Dullegil Healthy Walking program recruits 30 participants per session. Residents who want to walk with neighbors can apply via the QR code on the Gangbuk-gu Office website notification banner and poster or by phone.
