No Evidence of Drinking
A taxi collided with a tour bus and a compact car in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
According to the Seoul Mapo Fire Station on the 22nd, at around 12:20 a.m., a taxi heading toward the World Cup Stadium at Guryong Intersection in Sangam-dong crashed into a parked tour bus and then collided with a compact car in motion.
As a result of the accident, a male passenger in his 30s riding in the taxi died at the scene, and the taxi driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to a hospital.
The compact car driver was unharmed, and the tour bus was found parked without any passengers. The taxi driver is reported to have shown no signs of drunk driving.
The police have booked the taxi driver and plan to investigate the specific circumstances of the accident.
