Positive Reaction to Philopon
Rapper Sik-K (Kwon Min-sik, 30), who confessed to the police about using drugs, has been prosecuted without detention.
The Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office announced on the 22nd that Sik-K was indicted without detention on June 17 for violating the Narcotics Control Act.
On January 19 at around 8:40 a.m., Sik-K told a police officer working near the Seoul Regional Veterans Office in Yongsan-gu that he wanted to confess to drug use and has been under investigation since then.
At the time, Sik-K was incoherent, and subsequent detailed analysis by the National Forensic Service showed a positive reaction for methamphetamine.
Sik-K's legal representatives admitted to simple possession and smoking of marijuana but denied the methamphetamine use charge.
