Providing Various Employment-Related Content Including Resume Writing, Self-Introduction, Personality Tests, and Job Lectures

Seongdong-gu, Seoul (Mayor Jeong Won-oh) is hosting an ‘Online Job Fair’ to resolve the local companies' recruitment difficulties and provide quality jobs to job seekers.

The district has established a dedicated online recruitment center for Seongdong-gu in collaboration with the job portal site ‘Incruit’ to connect recruiting companies and job seekers. Participating companies will post job announcements on the recruitment center, and job seekers can apply to their desired companies through the announcements. Hiring will be conducted after document screening and interviews.

The ‘Online Job Fair’ will be held for four weeks from August 19 to September 13, and any company wishing to recruit personnel, from general office work to IT, marketing, cleaning, security, and caregiving, can participate. However, companies with addresses in Seongdong-gu will be given priority, and applications must be submitted by the end of the event.

Additionally, any job seeker, including young and middle-aged job seekers and those wishing to change jobs, can apply for positions.

The fair will also offer various helpful contents for employment, such as resume writing tips, self-introduction letter editing, personality tests, and job lectures.

Furthermore, the district plans to hold an offline job fair on October 25 to further accelerate efforts to resolve recruitment difficulties and provide quality jobs.

Jeong Won-oh, Mayor of Seongdong-gu, stated, “I hope the ‘Online Job Fair’ will be an opportunity for excellent small and medium-sized enterprises to discover and hire outstanding talent, and that it will become a win-win platform where job seekers can find quality jobs.” He added, “We will spare no effort to create jobs that satisfy both companies and job seekers.”
