FSN, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 22nd that the number of subscribers and monthly active users (MAU) of 'Daedamo Dandy,' a male beauty, plastic surgery, and fashion platform operated by its affiliate Daedamo.com, are rapidly increasing.
Currently, FSN is expanding its brand and platform accelerating business areas mainly in the healthcare category through its subsidiary Boosters, and is also actively targeting the rapidly growing male beauty market.
Daedamo Dandy is a beauty, plastic surgery, and fashion community for men in their 20s and 30s. It was launched by 'Daedamo,' the largest medical community in Korea. Unlike existing plastic surgery and beauty platforms that were female-centered, Daedamo Dandy provides services optimized for male users. It offers information on fashion, hair, style, as well as male-specialized plastic surgery and dermatology clinics, and even enables remote plastic surgery estimate consultations, allowing users to easily find solutions suited to their concerns and styles.
Launched this year, Daedamo Dandy is growing rapidly by combining Daedamo’s community management capabilities with Boosters’ platform accelerating expertise. Notably, its MAU in June increased by more than 400% compared to the previous month.
In particular, Daedamo Dandy is achieving excellent results by conducting marketing optimized for the needs of male grooming users in their 20s and 30s. For example, the recent 'Hyeongnim Moheng' event generated about 5,600 posts and comments in just three days. Through this, many users communicated about daily looks, trends, and hobbies. During the event period, the average daily number of new subscribers increased by approximately 1,500%, and Daedamo Dandy plans to continue hosting various events to expand the overall platform infrastructure.
