The Special Envoy Group also distributed related leaflets to local citizens. The leaflets included a photo of Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon with phrases such as "Oh Se-hoon, Mayor of Seoul, South Korea, stop suppressing the rights of persons with disabilities!"
They also held a press conference in front of the Nobel Peace Center, stating that "Mayor Oh Se-hoon is suppressing Jeonjangyeon's activities." It was reported that Professor Park No-ja from the Korean Studies Department at the University of Oslo attended the event to show support. On the 19th, they also staged a sit-in protest in front of the Korean Embassy in Norway and delivered a letter denouncing the deprivation of rights of persons with disabilities in Korea to the embassy.
Jeonjangyeon stated, "Oslo citizens were collectively shocked by Mayor Oh and President Yoon Seok-yeol's deprivation of the rights of persons with disabilities and supported our struggle."
Earlier, the Special Envoy Group departed for Norway on the 17th, intending to expose the reality of the deprivation of rights of persons with disabilities in Korea. The group plans to complete their tour of Oslo, Norway, Berlin, Germany, and Paris, France by the 31st of this month before returning home.
