Nexon Confirms Release of 'First Berserker: Kazan' in the First Half of Next Year

New Information on Three Global Anticipated Titles Including Kazan Revealed at Gamescom

Nexon has officially confirmed the release date of the new action role-playing game (RPG) "First Berserker: Kazan," a highly anticipated title for PC and consoles, for the first half of next year.

On the evening of the 20th (local time), Nexon showcased "First Berserker: Kazan" at the Opening Night Live (ONL) event held in Cologne, Germany, ahead of Gamescom's opening. They announced that the game will be released in the first half of 2025.

Kazan is a PC and console single-player adventure game set in the world of Neople's flagship title "Dungeon & Fighter." Through the upcoming Technical Closed Beta Test (TCBT) targeting global users, Nexon plans to verify the technical completeness and enhance the game's quality before launching simultaneously on PC (Steam) and consoles (Xbox, PlayStation).

The trailer revealed at ONL featured narrative and combat scenes that give a glimpse into the game's world. It showcased various attack patterns using weapons such as spears and greatswords, receiving enthusiastic responses from the live audience.

Additionally, Nexon surprised attendees by announcing the global test schedule for "ARC Raiders," a third-person shooter developed by its subsidiary Embark Studios. The test will be held on the Steam platform from October 24 to 27. The newly revealed trailer at the event highlighted the world, characters, and dynamic combat of "ARC Raiders."

Furthermore, Nexon unveiled a trailer previewing a new update for "DAVE THE DIVER." The update, scheduled for October, will introduce content utilizing the IPs of indie games "Potion Craft" and "Balatro," as well as feature North American singer-songwriter and creator Mxmtoon as an in-game NPC.
