This complex will be developed on San 81-18, Cheongpyeong-ri, Cheongpyeong-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, consisting of 4 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 551 households and exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 113㎡. The number of units by type is ▲59㎡ 46 units ▲84㎡A 273 units ▲84㎡B 144 units ▲113㎡A 63 units ▲113㎡B 25 units. It is mainly composed of small to medium-sized units preferred by buyers, and also includes medium to large-sized units, which are becoming increasingly scarce. The project is carried out through a sale-type land trust method, with Daehan Land Trust as the developer and Hanyang as the constructor.
Hanyang stated, "This is the first new apartment supply in Cheongpyeong in 8 years and will be the largest branded complex in Cheongpyeong, so it is expected to attract a lot of interest."
Considering this symbolism, Hanyang plans to apply differentiated product designs. The layout is mainly 4-bay plate-type floor plans (except for some units) to allow for lighting and ventilation, and the view rights will be expanded to enjoy nearby natural scenery such as Bukhangang River, Jojongcheon Stream, and Homyeongsan Mountain.
Within the complex, high-quality landscaping including a central plaza, a golf practice range, fitness center, GX room, small library, lounge cafe, and shared office will be provided as community facilities. A national/public daycare center and a 'Together Care Center' for elementary school students will also be established.
Various development benefits are being promoted around the complex. First, the metropolitan area express railroad (GTX) Line B is planned at Maseok Station, two stops away from Cheongpyeong Station (Gyeongchun Line) adjacent to the complex, which will greatly improve access to major Seoul areas such as Cheongnyangni Station, Seoul Station, and Yeouido. Also, with the opening of the Byeollae Line extending Subway Line 8 to Byeollae Station in Namyangju on the 10th, it is now possible to reach Jamsil in Seoul in about an hour.
Residential environment improvements are also expected. In the Cheongpyeong-myeon area, urban development projects are underway including the Cheongpyeong 3 District Urban Development Zone where Cheongpyeong Sujain The First is located, as well as Cheongpyeong 2 District Urban Development Project, Cheongpyeong District Unit Planning Zone, Cheongpyeong Station Area 2 District, and City Hoban Cheongpyeong District.
Cheongpyeong Sujain The First also boasts excellent living conditions. Cheongpyeong Middle School is located right next to the complex, and Cheongpyeong Elementary School is within walking distance. A children's park is planned in front of the complex, and the administrative welfare center, sports park, and Hanaro Mart are nearby, providing excellent convenience for daily life.
A Hanyang official said, "Cheongpyeong has not had new apartment supplies for a long time, and there is high demand for branded apartments in the area," adding, "Based on Hanyang's know-how and technology, which has supplied about 230,000 households nationwide and landmark complexes in major metropolitan areas such as 'Cheongnyangni Station Hanyang Sujain Graciel' and 'Uijeongbu Gosan Sujain The Stage,' we will present a landmark complex representing Cheongpyeong."
