This briefing session consists of two parts. Part 1, titled "Utilizing Gwangju Local Talents, Grade-by-Grade Roadmap," will be led by Mi-ae Lee of Sharon Coach and will cover grade-specific university entrance strategies and tips on decorating study rooms to enhance concentration.
Furthermore, Part 2 is themed "Literacy Leading up to the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT), How to Become Top 1% through Reading," focusing intensively on grade-specific learning strategies to improve literacy and how to utilize reading for high school entrance exams.
Applications for this briefing session are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until August 22nd (Thursday), with only 100 teams able to attend, so early closure is expected. Winners will be notified individually. The event will be held at the 'Unam Xi Forena Purstiche' model house, and all attendees will receive gifts. Additionally, interior design products for living room study spaces that enhance concentration will be provided through an on-site raffle, and special additional gifts will be offered to consulting customers among the attendees.
The 'Unam Xi Forena Purstiche' where this event is held is a residential reconstruction project in Unam 3 Complex, Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, constructed by GS Construction and Hanwha Construction Division, attracting much attention. The complex consists of three complexes, ranging from three basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with 37 buildings and a total of 3,214 households ranging from 59 to 109 square meters in exclusive area. Among these, 1,192 households with exclusive areas of 59 to 84 square meters, excluding union member quotas, are currently available for general sale.
Right in front of the complex are Gyeongyang Elementary School and Unam Middle School, with Kumho Central Middle School, Kumho High School, and Kumho Central Girls' High School nearby, providing excellent educational facilities. The complex also boasts a superior educational environment with the adjacent Unam Library and the Unam-dong academy district.
The complex is equipped with various living infrastructures. E-Mart Gwangju Branch, Shinsegae Department Store, Gwangju General Bus Terminal, Unam Korean Hospital, and Gwangju Hyundai Hospital are all located within close proximity, allowing residents to enjoy the Buk-gu living area of Gwangju.
Unam Xi Forena Purstiche is receiving high interest from demanders by offering benefits to reduce the financial burden on buyers. The complex provides a 5% down payment (with a fixed first down payment of 10 million KRW) and a full 0% interest benefit on the 60% interim payment. This reduces the down payment burden for buyers and eliminates the need to pay interest on interim payments until move-in.
Meanwhile, the model house for Unam Xi Forena Purstiche is located in the Gyeongyeol-ro area, Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, and move-in is scheduled for April 2026.
