CJ OliveNetworks announced on the 21st that it will introduce the marketing customer relationship management (CRM) solution 'Braze' into LG Uplus's integrated membership application 'U+ Membership App.'
Braze is a global marketing automation solution that enables personalized marketing based on customer behavior data. It utilizes customer profiles and online behavior data to send personalized marketing messages through various messaging channels such as in-app messages, push notifications, and text messages.
The biggest differentiator of Braze is personalization. Based on real-time customer behavior collected online, it designs message content, exposure channels, and timing tailored to target customers, and achieves optimal marketing effects through campaign result analysis.
LG Uplus plans to introduce the Braze solution into the U+ Membership App starting in October to activate customers' use of membership services. Based on member data, it will provide members with personalized telecommunications service information and membership benefits such as plan and additional service recommendations, partnership event notifications, and coupon offerings.
