Guro-gu, 2025 College Admission Early Decision Practical Mock Interview Preparation

Guro-gu (Mayor Moon Heon-il) will operate a practical interview program for local examinees preparing for the 2025 college admission early decision.

This practical interview program consists of an interview theory special lecture and one-on-one mock interviews for examinees preparing for early decision applications.

The interview theory special lecture will be held on the 25th of next month at the Guro Learning Support Center auditorium, inviting Kim Yong-taek, CEO of Shinuihansu Admission Strategy Research Institute, to give a lecture on the basics and practice of college admission early decision interviews.

The one-on-one practical mock interviews, held on the 28th, will be conducted for 60 examinees. The teaching staff consists of six former university admissions officers and commissioned officers from major universities, conducting 30-minute one-on-one interviews with questions similar to actual interviews by time slot.

Applications can be made from 10 a.m. on the 28th through the Guro Learning Support Center website and will be closed on a first-come, first-served basis. When applying for the practical mock interview, the interview theory special lecture is automatically registered.

Since May, the district has been operating various admission programs such as admission strategy briefings, early decision briefings, and university-specific customized admission briefings to support examinees' college entrance for the 2025 early decision.

A Guro-gu official said, “We hope that through this program, examinees will experience various variables that may occur in interviews in advance, so they can perform their best without nervousness during the actual interview and achieve good results.”
